The increasing challenges after COVID-19, with an evolving Climate Crisis, an Energy Crisis and a Staff Crisis don't make this easier
Many of us talk about sustainability, sustainable food and want to help make the world a better place, but this can only be achieved if we all work together and start choosing healthy life styles and food options, reducing plastics and reducing food waste. With just some small changes, everyone can participate and keep the environment on track, without missing out on any tasty food!
by just using fresh, seasonal products with minimal packaging, by shifting towards plant-based proteins instead of animal proteins, and by using more regional and seasonal products, instead of airfreighted produce, you can support in reducing the many global green gas emissions and with all the ideas and suggestions in my blog, you will certainly enjoy your food and your lifestyle even more than before. Support your own health and support the health of our planet.
Regularly you will be able to read a new blog post full of ideas, suggestions and recommendations, recipes or my personal opinions to think about I'm sharing these thoughts with you, not trying to convince you of something, but trying to showcase a point of view of our food business industry and possible improvements that need to be changed to keep our businesses successful.
Many global problems and challenges have occurred over the past decade and it's time to change them for a better future.
