HOW TO COPE YOUR BUSINESS CHALLENGES IN THESE DIFFICULT TIMES


Our food industry is being challenged with many issues that are endangering our food industry, businesses and entrepreneurs. We are being challenged with a climat crisis that has a big influence on our Procurement approach. At the same time the whole world is talking about sustainability and local and regional, although still an immense part of our daily food industry is depending on Global foods. With the evolving global energy crisis this puts an additional procurement risk with extensive price increases through inflation on top of all challenges, and finally the amount of qualified staff that has left the business over the past years, due to Covid-19, is probably the biggest challenge the industry didn't expect in this intensity.


Is there a solution for all these massive challenges, and is there an answer to how best deal with them, that's the question that many of us, in the industry, are looking for.

How can we keep our industry running successfully through these difficult times.

Times that we might have seen before in the past, but definitely so immense and all at the same time.


There is no one fit all solution, but there are solutions that just need to be evaluated for each and every business differently and individually, and we have to be open to change.

As everything around us is changing, then we as an industry, business owners and entrepreneurs have to be open to change as well.
